The title of the following work is an optional answer to the rhetorical questions Bob Dylan presents in Blowing in the wind: “And how many times can a man turn his head, and pretend that he just doesn't see?” 21x is work in progress whereas my aim is to create a fusion of utopia and heterotopia, a platform for wide-ranging debate on the issue of nationalism. By the use of a national anthem played by a music box the music becomes a lullaby and transformation of toy soldiers into ballerinas gives association of children game.
